บัญชีเงินเดือนการจ้างงาน Hero

The Employment Hero module synchronises payslip accounting entries (e.g., expenses, social charges, liabilities, taxes) automatically from Employment Hero to NightPOS. Payroll administration is still done in Employment Hero, but the journal entries are done in NightPOS.

1. เปิดใช้งาน <general/install>`โมดูล :guilabel:`Employment Hero Payroll (l10n_employment_hero)

2. กำหนดค่า Employment Hero API โดยไปที่ ระบบบัญชี ‣ การกำหนดค่า ‣ การตั้งค่า ช่องอื่นๆ จะมองเห็นได้หลังจากคลิก เปิดใช้งานการผสานรวมกับ Employment Hero

   

   • API Key สามารถพบได้ในส่วน My Account ของแพลตฟอร์ม Employment Hero

     

   • Payroll URL ถูกตั้งค่าให้ว่างไว้ตามค่าเริ่มต้นเพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงความสับสน กรุณากรอกข้อมูลตามเอกสารประกอบเฉพาะของแต่ละประเทศ

     Employment hero is available for Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, and the United Kingdom.

   • Business ID สามารถพบได้ใน URL ของ Employment Hero (เช่น 189241)

     

   • Choose any NightPOS journal to post the payslip entries.

The API syncs the journal entries from Employment Hero to NightPOS and leaves them in draft mode. The reference includes the Employment Hero payslip entry ID in brackets for the user to easily retrieve the same record in Employment Hero and NightPOS.

For the API to work, create the same accounts as the default accounts of the Employment Hero business (same name and same code) in NightPOS. The correct account types must be chosen in NightPOS to generate accurate financial reports.
